There is a lot to talk about for INMEX SMM India.  We've broken the regular FAQs down into sections below, including; sections for Application and more General.

 

Application Information

You have several options to apply.

Anyone can use the pdf booking form. If you do we recommend sending it to our UK office with any additional comments and requirements that you might have as we are happy to advise you before you fill this in. Please refer to the booking form that is available on our website. (ORCA: see attachment).

Also available is the online stand enquiry form on the INMEX SMM INDIA website. => link to it

We think it is advisable to have a quick chat with us about your participation before you go ahead with your booking so that everything goes through smoothly.

Please note that submitting a booking form as a pdf or online is not an enquiry for information but a binding booking of exhibition space.

INMEX SMM INDIA (6 – 8 October 2023) does not have a booking deadline.

The bare floor space from 27 sq m onwards or a shell scheme package (min. stand size 9 – 26 sq m).

Stand offers will be sent out as soon as possible after receiving your application.

After 30 June 2023 100% of the total amount is due and payable upon submitting the booking form.

Once the exhibitor has agreed the final stand size and location in writing and within the timeframe INMEX SMM INDIA will send an official admission that includes a code to access the Online Service Centre (OSC).

Stand offers will be made to the exhibitors on the basis of their booking and any additional information that the organiser has been given (size, type of stand, with or not with competitors or customers, exhibition category etc).

After 31 March 100% of the booking fees are due.

General / Other Information

Co-Exhibitors must be registered by the main exhibitor using the co-exhibitor form. Please contact us for further information on [email protected].

How many free exhibitor tickets does a co-exhibitor receive?

INMEX SMM India takes place in the Bombai Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

Up to a stand size of 20 sq. m the exhibitor will receive three exhibitor passes free of charge. One additional pass will be issued for every further 10 sqm or part thereof. Additional passes can be ordered online.

The digital marketing package costs Euro 275 per participant. Please contact us for further information on [email protected].

Participation with a national pavilion is possible from 9 sq m. The price is Euro 410/sq m for an all-inclusive package (walls, fascia boars, 1 table, 3 chairs, socket, national branding, hall security).

Exhibitors and visitors wishing to attend INMEX SMM India from countries requiring a visa who travel to India Must make sure that they understand the VISA regulations an where necessary apply on time to the relevant consulates in their country.
